Hugo's legacy in the fitness industry began as a Personal Trainer at Gymbox Bank, training top corporate professionals at one of Europe's most important financial districts.
2013 Hugo travelled to the Poliquin Strength Institute in Rhode Island, USA, to learn from world-renowned Strength and Conditioning Authority and multiple Olympic medalist Coach Charles Poliquin.
After investing time with Charles Poliquin and his coaches, participating in strength boot camps and qualifying as a BioSignature practitioner, Hugo gained the knowledge paramount to his training methods and philosophy, which has set him amongst the most accomplished PTs in London.
Hugo is a certified NASM Premier Global Level 3 PT, British Weightlifting Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program) Level 2 and a BioSignature Practitioner.
